1. This document describes how the companies identified in Annex I, hereinafter referred to as the RNM Group, telephone +351 252 900 400, e-mail protecaodados@grupornm.pt, acting as the controller of the personal data of candidates for job offers and/or the provision of services, collect and process such data.

2. Before providing your personal data to GRUPO RNM, you should carefully read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not provide your personal data to GRUPO RNM.

3. In order to assess whether candidates for a job offer have the necessary skills for the intended position or another that may arise, and for the preliminary calculation of remuneration, bonuses, and benefits of candidates admitted to the recruitment process, GRUPO RNM requires the candidate to provide their Curriculum Vitae, name, e-mail, telephone contact, and qualifications, without prejudice to other data that may later be requested for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You may also send us your application by e-mail, and this privacy and data processing policy shall apply to the personal data you send us by e-mail, which you must read and accept before sending any personal data to GRUPO RNM.

4. The personal data referred to above, provided by the candidate, is processed by GRUPO RNM with a view to potential recruitment within the scope of job offers and opportunities and/or service provision that match the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Whenever there are updates to job offers and employment opportunities, the candidate authorizes GRUPO RNM to use their data, provided it is for the purposes indicated herein.

5. Subject to the exceptions provided for by law, the processing of sensitive personal data is prohibited, namely data relating to philosophical or political beliefs, party or trade union membership, religious faith, private life, and racial or ethnic origin, as well as the processing of data relating to health and sexual life, including genetic data. At no time does RNM request or encourage the collection of such sensitive data. Such data, even if voluntarily provided by the Candidate, will not be collected or processed by GRUPO RNM.

6. In addition to the entities indicated above, your personal data may be disclosed, when required by applicable legal provisions, to judicial or police authorities or any authorities that may legitimately receive them under the law.

7. GRUPO RNM guarantees candidates privacy, confidentiality, and security of their personal data and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. We use appropriate systems and procedures to protect and safeguard the personal data you provide us, namely technical and physical security restrictions to access our servers, and only authorized employees may access personal data in the performance of their duties and for the purposes indicated herein.

8. At any time, you may exercise your rights of information, access, rectification, restriction, or objection to processing, and deletion of your personal data, by contacting RNM using the following contacts:

9. The personal data of candidates who effectively fill the position they applied for or another job and/or service provision position will be retained for the period necessary to pursue the purposes of collection and processing, the application and recruitment process, as well as the purposes of collection and processing of the employment relationship or service provision relationship that may subsequently begin. The personal data of candidates who are not selected will be retained by GRUPO RNM for a period of one year, for the purpose of future recruitment processes, without prejudice to the obligation to keep records of recruitment processes carried out for five years, for the purposes of Article 32(1) of the Portuguese Labour Code.

By submitting your personal data to GRUPO RNM in order to apply to become part of our team, you are accepting the conditions set out above and authorizing GRUPO RNM to process your personal data for recruitment and selection purposes and for the execution of the employment relationship or service provision, should you be hired.
