In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities are entities authorized to mediate, conciliate and arbitrate consumer disputes in Portugal that are included in the list of ADR entities provided for in Law no. 144/2015.
